Often we make documents with Ms. Word is not uncommon we have to add images to the document that we created to explain to the reader about the topic that we are discussing in the document. Below I will give a few steps to insert a picture in Ms. document. Word. There are two ways you can use, you can directly insert from the document or can also through file explorer.

A. Insert images directly from documents

1. Open a new document
2. Then select the Insert menu
3. Then select Picture
4. Then select the image file you want to insert and click Open.

B. Insert a picture through File Explorer

1. Open a new document.
2. After a new document opens then open File Explorer and select the image you want to insert.
3. Then slide the image into a new document that opens.
