Buckwheat bread is now increasingly sought for food because of one fact that is so central - it does not have gluten content!

This bread has a very good taste, easy to process, and what's most important is that it's easy to prepare at home.

To prepare homemade bread made from buckwheat flour, you need: 
  • - 1 Sachet yeast (yeast or fresh if desired) 
  • - ½ Liter of lukewarm water, 
  • - 500 g buckwheat flour, 
  • - Salt tea spoon. 
  • - Sugar tea spoon. 
  • - 3 tablespoons of olive oil. 
Preparation :
  • Pour buckwheat flour in a large container, and in it, add yeast, salt and sugar. Mix and give olive oil. 
  • Then by gradually giving warm water and stirring to fully blend into the mass. Then, let the dough stay for about 1/2 hour to 40 minutes. 
  • Turn the oven up to 250 degrees to warm, and besides that smear the pan and put the dough in it. Put in baking around 45 minutes at 200 degrees. 
  • Guide: The upper side of a bread brush with a little olive oil to make the crust more beautiful and delicious. 
For those who don't like yeast, there are alternative recipes. You will need: 
  • -300 Gr buckwheat flour, 
  • -300 grams of wheat flour, 
  • -100 grams of wheat flour, 
  • -800 Ml air, 
  • -1 Sachet baking powder, 
  • -A cup of baking soda, 
  • -30 ml of olive oil, 
  • -Spoon of salt tea, 
  • -Spoonful of sugar tea. 
These preparations are similar to those in the recipe above. Flour stir in a bowl, then gradually give some other ingredients. The inequality is just to the left of this bread to stand up again, it's good to spend the night.

In the morning, transfer to a fat cake plate and place in the oven to bake for 45 minutes at 200 degrees. Unleavened buckwheat bread is ready to serve.
